Sitters4kids is a local Townsville business owned and operated by Sally Norman.  Sally is a mother to two beautiful boys, Liam and Dylan who are 7 and 5 years old so she understands the challenges of finding good quality babysitting.

Sally has always been involved in working with children having completing a Diploma in Social Services (Child Care) and then going on to University to achieve a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).

After studying Sally went to work in Long Day Care where she worked as a team leader.  Sally then went on to teaching in Primary Schools where she continued to do a further 2 years study to become a Literacy Specialist Teacher. Sally is a parent and also a trained Teacher who understands children.

When looking for sitters we carry out a thorough 4 stage process; First is a face to face interview, we then do reference checks, verify the applicants blue card  (Police working with children check) and  finally our sitters must also go through an  induction to meet our high standards.
