We used Sitters4kids when we needed a baby sitter for my 6 week old baby for a few work events. Needless to say, I was apprehensive about leaving my precious bundle let alone with a stranger, but I found the Sitters4kids website and was impressed with the professional look and feel - it helped to ease my concerns by offering profiles of all the baby sitters and describing the vetting process, including Blue Cards.
The baby sitter, Melissa, was excellent and I felt real peace of mind leaving my baby with someone who had children. We would definitely use her again if we needed a baby sitter.
I filled out the online booking form, which was very easy, and received a prompt reply. Sue graciously addressed my concerns about leaving my baby, which was much appreciated.
It really was nice to think that if I need a baby sitter there is a pool of people so it can always be covered and with any luck, get the same person we'd had before. It was one less thing that I needed to worry about and my baby is the most important thing in the world, so that was a lot of stress off my mind!

I wanted to let you know that Romminy did an amazing job for us on Saturday
evening. Our little man waved goodbye to us without any fuss, so he obviously
felt at ease with her instantly. The bigger children thought that Romminy was
kind, friendly, playful, funny and nice. What more could one ask of a
babysitter? She was on time and was also flexible when we needed to come home
later, which added to a fantastic time out for us. I will definitely recommend
her to my friends and will ask for her next time I book through

Hello, We had Mandy who went to Jupiters for our baby sitting. I was so impressed that I will be making Townsville our nominated Holiday spot. She had my two children 11 months and 23 months and their cousin 15 months. The little cousin was teething and was very upset. Mandy did a great job to comfort her. Sue, Just wanted to let you know how fantastic Jaz was on Tuesday night with
both Sarah and Jacob. Michelle and I were so pleased with Jaz we have no issues
with leaving our kids in her safe hands. She was so professional and has already
developed a connection with the kids, our son is already asking when she is
coming back :) With Sitters such as Jaz on board you really won't need

Hi , Thanks to your service we have started having a bit of social life again! We moved to Townsville recently so have no family around to help out with the children. We rely on your service now for our babysitters and the 3 that we have had over the last few months (Ashley, Sophie and Stephanie) have all been highly professional and caring. I have had no qualms leaving my children in their care. All the babysitters have been on-time to our house to begin, they go through the routine with me and make sure they have our phone numbers. I had about 4 people who were with me when we left and they all commented how great she was. She is really amazing. Thank you so much. Hi, I just want to say thank you for the service on August 1st. It was
my first time ever using babysitting service, n my first time ever
leaving my children (4yo n 20mo) on someone else's hands for that long
(10 hours straight). Emily was excellent. She provided her place for my
children, and her all family was amazing n very caring too. I couldn't
know how it was going on there, but i heard all the stories from my 4yo.
Emily somehow could make my children
trusted her n felt so comfortable with her n her family in her place.
They had so much fun there (and always say want to go back there again).
And from I saw how my girl's long n tangled hair neatly combed n tied
without hurting I know this person is very caring n loving. I highly
recommend Emily, n definitely would use her and this service again next

My husband and I have been very happy with our discovery of Sitters4Kids!! Being a very busy family with 3 school aged children and both of us working we found that there were times when we both had to work or that we needed some time out together and there was no one that we really trusted to look after our children. We found it especially hard as the times we regularly required babysitting were after school and on week nights, those busy and awkward times, and the fact that one of my sons has some special needs and requires medication and extra attention. I rang several agencies before I found out about Sitters4Kids and was shocked at how unhelpful and unprofessional the other agencies were. The minute I spoke to Sue she was friendly, approachable, and reassuring. The very next day she called to say that she had found a sitter that fulfilled our requirements and we have not looked back. Sue always returns my calls promptly, always contacts me to confirm well in advance and regularly does follow ups to check that all is going well. The kids love their babysitter; she is very capable, efficient and reliable. We love the fact that we are able to have the same sitter on a regular basis as my kids are familiar with her and she is now a part of our family routine. We are leaving QLD soon and as such would like to ensure you get the feedback that Rachelle has been outstanding for us. She took care of our 2.5yr old twin girls numerous times and they were always happy to see her. We felt completely comfortable leaving our girls in her capable hands and are sorry to lose such a great baby sitter when we leave.

After my initial anxiety, I have to say Kristie was a wonderful sitter! She
was punctual, came prepared with activities, she even cleaned the kitchen after
the children finished dinner! Both children really liked her! When we use
sitters for kids again I will be requesting Kristie.
We had a wonderful night & felt comfortable with Kristie minding our
children.

Hi Sue,
Every sitter that has looked after the boys has always been just
lovely and so capable. I try to give a really detailed run down and if I have
missed anything they always ask questions which is great as I know they have
been listening. They approach the boys so well and take charge as soon as we
"hand them over" even if we are still at home and need to finish getting ready.
Sophie is just gorgeous.
When we come home the house is always quiet even if they are watching
TV it is at a really good level (They could have it higher if they wanted :) and
the monitors are always in good range of where there are to be able to hear.
They are also awake and alert and able to give good information on their
activities and how they went to bed.
