Hello, We had Mandy that went to the Casino for our baby sitting.  I was so impressed that I will be making Townsville our nominated Holiday spot. Having used sitters4kids twice now we have become your biggest fans, living so far away from family makes time out for us as parents of a 2yr old almost impossible, but having access to Sitters4kids gave us a break we so much needed. Our son doesn't take very well to strangers at all but within 5 mins of meeting Sophie and Chrissy he was totally at ease, they were both perfect for his caring needs. My husband and I have been very happy with our discovery of Sitters4Kids!! Being a very busy family with 3 school aged children and both of us working we found that there were times when we both had to work or that we needed some time out together and there was no one that we really trusted to look after our children. We found it especially hard as the times we regularly required babysitting were after school and on week nights, those busy and awkward times, and the fact that one of my sons has some special needs and requires medication and extra attention. I rang several agencies before I found out about Sitters4Kids and was shocked at how unhelpful and unprofessional the other agencies were. The minute I spoke to Sally she was friendly, approachable, and reassuring. The very next day she called to say that she had found a sitter that fulfilled our requirements and we have not looked back. Sally always returns my calls promptly, always contacts me to confirm well in advance and regularly does follow ups to check that all is going well. The kids love their babysitter; she is very capable, efficient and reliable.  We love the fact that we are able to have the same sitter on a regular basis as my kids are familiar with her and she is now a part of our family routine.
